☆PRODUCTS☆

How do I use the cold brew making kit?
Every kit comes with instructions on how to make a basic cold brew coffee or tea.  From there you can make it your own or find a new idea with some of our Recipes!  Don’t be afraid to experiment and find your own perfect brew.
Are the products dishwasher safe?
The cold brew making kit is dishwasher safe:  this includes the glass jar, the stainless-steel strainer, and the coffee clip spoon.  None of the Tumblers are dishwasher safe; the gradient will begin to peel/flake/fade.  Tumblers should only be washed by hand to preserve the quality.

☆SHIPPING☆

What shipping methods are available?
All orders are shipped with Ground service from the United States Postal Service (USPS.)  Priority 3 day delivery with USPS is also available as an option at checkout.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
We would love to get our products in everyone’s hands worldwide.  Unfortunately, we can only ship within the United States at this time.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are processed and shipped out every Monday and Thursday from Philadelphia, PA.  Depending on where you live, USPS Retail Ground delivery takes 2-8 days and Priority Mail takes 1-3 days.
I did not receive my shipment, what should I do?
If you have not received your order after 14 business days from shipment then please send an email with your order number and a brief description of the problem so we can help look into it.

How can I make a return/exchange?
We do not offer any returns or exchanges, all sales are final.  If you are still having an issue and would like to speak with someone about your order, please send us an email at hello@findyourawaken.com with your order number and a description of the issue so we can do our best to resolve.

Is Awaken hiring?
At the moment Awaken is a one man team and not looking to hire… but who knows what the future may bring.
Are the products available for retail and/or wholesale?
At the moment we are interested in supporting retail stores/partners that are local within 30 minutes of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  By keeping local we hope to develop a strong connection with our retail partners that allows for merchandising/demo support at the store level.
